My name is Quentin and I'm an illustrator from Switzerland. I studied visual communication, more particularly storytelling and illustration. My work is mostly digital but I like to use more traditionnal tools just as well.
How much does shipping costs ? (no tracking) :
Flat rate for small swiss packages (coasters, postcards, stickers, etc.) : 2.-
Flat rate for big swiss packages (prints) : 8.- / 11.-
Flat rate for small international packages (coasters, postcards, stickers, etc.) : 3 to 5.-
Flat rate for big international packages (prints) : 15.- (Europe) / 20.- (Rest of the World)
Shipping costs for bigger prints might change depending on the size of the print.
Shipping prices are also changing constantly so I'm doing my best to align with them. If there's an issue, don't hesitate to send me a message.
Can I cancel my order ? :
If you want to cancel your order, please do so in the next 24 hours by sending an email to vivvian(dot)coet@gmail(dot)com
If you do it after the shipping of the parcel, a refund is not possible.
My order was damaged during shipping :
Please send me a photo of the damage by email and we'll figure out a solution together !
The customs clearance fees are your responsability, so please bear that in mind when ordering !
