My name is Quentin and I'm an illustrator from Switzerland. I studied visual communication at HEAD Geneva, more particularly storytelling and illustration. My work is mostly digital but I like to use more traditionnal tools just as well.
Do you ship to the EU? :
Unfortunately not. Starting on the 13th of December 2024, new GPSR regulations have been set in place and I simply don't have the means to do what is asked for products imported in the EU. :(
Do you ship to the US? :
Not anymore due to the new 39% tariffs set in place.
Can I cancel my order ? :
If you want to cancel your order, please do so in the next 24 hours by sending an email to vivvian(dot)coet@gmail(dot)com
If you do it after the shipping of the parcel, a refund is not possible.
My order was damaged during shipping :
Please send me a photo of the damage by email and we'll figure out a solution together !
The customs clearance fees are your responsability, so please bear that in mind when ordering !
